ARTucker Live!
Thank you for your interest in ARTucker Live! Please review the information below before submitting your application.
What we're looking for:
Performers of any kind, including musicians, singers, theatre groups, dance or movement, performance art, spoken word, poetry and more. Performance length can be up to 15 minutes.
Performance Space:
Live acts will activate a large grassy area behind the rows of artists' tents. The performance surface is grass, so artists should plan accordingly to protect themselves and their instruments; movers and dancers should wear protective footwear or may enjoy the grass beneath their feet at their own risk.
Performers can expect audience members to happen upon them while enjoying the art, activities, and food trucks, while other onlookers may pull up a chair or blanket and enjoy an act's full set.
Technical Provisions:
There is ample parking available at the church near the event location and on-street spots. You will need to travel over grass with equipment when unloading. A wagon for bulky materials is recommended.
Rain plan
While the artists' market is rain or shine, we will cancel live performances in the interest of the safety of you and your instruments in the case of rain or other inclement weather. In the event of cancellation, participants will receive a notification by 8 AM on the event day. Should the weather turn mid-event, performances will proceed at the artists' discretion in collaboration with ARTucker.
Important Dates
Submission deadline: March 24th
Acceptance notifications: April 1st
Artist response/commitment due: April 4th by 4:30 pm
Music recording due: April 10th
Event call time: 30 minutes before your scheduled performance (show order will be sent by April 15)
